Q. How and when do I get paid for a reservation?
A. If we use your listing on your existing account, you will continue to receive payments directly into your bank account, just as you always have.
However, when we set up new listings for you, we normally use a Voyajoy master property manager account, which means we receive the funds first. We release payment to you via ACH transfer, Venmo, or PayPal immediately after we receive payment and deduct any outstanding fees due to Voyajoy. We typically receive payment shortly after the reservation starts.
